G is for Grief: A Coloring Book and Journal

A coloring book and journal designed for children who are grieving. Each letter of the alphabet has a word or phrase related to grief. There is space to write a sentence and a space to draw a picture. Each layout also includes a lined page for more journaling if the child can write more or if an adult wants to journal for the child. This can be a place to record the child's thoughts and feelings or write a letter to a loved one.

The words and phrases can start conversations with children about what they might experience as they journey through grief and healing. Everyone experiences different emotions, feelings, and beliefs around loss, grief, grieving, and healing. Both journaling and coloring can be comforting tools to help process thoughts and cope with stress, worry and anxiety.
